NEW DELHI: Union health minister JP Nadda announced on Friday that he has requested a full report from Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on the controversy surrounding Tirupati laddus.

This claim has sparked a political dispute, with the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) accusing Naidu of making ;heinous allegations' for political advantage. The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) circulated a lab report to support their claim.
Nadda addressed a press conference about the first 100 days of the Modi government's third term and said, "I got to know about the issue through social media. I spoke to Chandrababu Naidu today and asked to send the entire report."
"Once we get the report, it will be examined and suitable action taken," he added.
