According to case details, the victim was 14 years old at the time of the offence. She was abducted and raped by the accused multiple times between April 1, 2019, and June 27, 2019, and was impregnated by them. She was also subjected to oral and unnatural sex by the accused, who recorded these acts on their mobile phones and clicked objectionable photographs.
The court, in its order, noted, "The criminal act committed against the victim, the seriousness of the crime, the physical and mental harm inflicted on a minor, the mental trauma endured, and the accused committed this crime turn by turn multiple times with common intention and impregnated the victim considering all these facts, it is not justified to award a lighter punishment. If, in this kind of serious and cruel crime, the accused are awarded light punishment, such crimes will continue to increase in society, and minor girls won't remain safe. The accused won't hesitate to commit such acts."
One of the accused, Imran, had introduced himself as Kisan Solanki to the victim, and she gave that name to the police, which initially hindered his arrest. The investigation officer, Mahesh Mori, said, "We got the real name following the arrest of the other accused. The then superintendent of police, Nirlipt Rai, monitored the investigation and the preparation of the chargesheet in this case, which led to the conviction of the accused."
The victim's identity has not been revealed to protect her privacy as per Supreme court directives on cases related to sexual assault
