3 arrested in DB stock trading scam
Guwahati: Assam Police have arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in the DB stock consultancy trading scam, owned by fraudster Deepankar Barman.
Police on Saturday arrested Barman’s parents — Chabin Barman (67) and Deepali Talukdar (63) — and his chartered accountant Mukesh Agarwal (40) from different locations in the city. However, the main accused, Deepankar has been on the run for over a month now.

A police statement said, “The parents of the main absconding accused Deepankar Barman were arrested after the analysis of the materials collected during searches conducted at his residence.”
