The incident took place when about 20 kids were attending an anganwadi class at Ward-7 of Mehaboob Nagar, and anganwadi worker Haseena was teaching the kids. The injured kids Aman Syed, Mardan Dawal, Manvita, and Suraksha Manjunath, were admitted to the govt hospital in Gangavathi, where sources said all the kids were out of danger.
"They have sustained injuries to their head and legs. An X-ray was conducted on one of them," they added.
