Mysuru district admin’s video song on Dasara attracts many viewers

Mysuru: District administration of Mysuru has released an impressive 4.06-minute video song that encapsulates the splendour of the city's renowned Dasara festival.
The song that depicts Mysuru's rich culture was penned by additional deputy commissioner P Shivaraju.
The video song, which was readied on the directions of DC Lakshmikanth Reddy G, shows breathtaking visuals of Mysuru Dasara celebrations, the grand Chamundi Betta, the magnificent Mysuru Palace, among other captivating places that epitomise the city's distinctive allure.
"I took just a day's time to pen this song," Shivaraju told TOI, emphasising the rapid yet meaningful creative journey behind the composition.
The song's lyrics revolve around the grandeur of Mysuru, emphasising the spectacular highlights of the Mysuru Dasara celebrations, such as the procession, which serves as a testament to the region's dynamic cultural heritage.
