Outfit claims responsibility for Shillong blast
Shillong: The ‘Budnar Shadow Squad’, affiliated to the banned HNLC, on Thursday claimed responsibility for carrying out an IED blast at the Harijan Colony. “We did not intend to harm civilians or innocent lives, hence our restraint. It is imperative for the govt to promptly withdraw the CRPF from ‘them metor’,” a statement sent by the outfit said, reports Manosh Das.
