Conrad lays foundation for refurbishing of central library complex
Shillong: Chief minister Conrad K Sangma laid the foundation for repair and refurbishing of the iconic central library complex during a programme held at U Soso Tham auditorium, in Shillong on Wednesday. The national library board has sanctioned Rs 2.33 crore for upgradation of the facilities, reports Manosh Das.
