Tight security in Una district to prevent clash
Kullu: The Una district administration on Tuesday imposed restrictions under Section 163 of the BNS at the entry points to Mehatpur, Santoshgarh and Haroli in view of a possible clash between two factions.
The orders, restricting assembly of more than four persons, carrying weapons and holding rallies, were issued by Una deputy commissioner Jatin Lal.

The administration also deployed heavy police force in these areas to prevent any untoward situation.
The situation in Haroli had become tense after a video had surfaced online, purportedly showing a local youth being beaten up by members of a local dalit community.
Protesting against the assault, Hindu organisations had taken out a march in Una on Monday. The dalit community, too, had given a call for a peaceful march on Tuesday.
A police officer with the Una police said that the situation remained tense but under control on Tuesday. TNN
