33-yr-old man murdered by wife’s lover

Surat: A 33-year-old man was allegedly killed by his wife’s paramour and his friend in the Bhestan area. Police arrested Prashant Shinde (25) and Pradip Patil (26) for killing the woman’s husband Rahul Patil on Monday.
According to details, Shinde, a diamond artisan, was a friend deceased Patil. Patil came to know about the affair between his wife and Shinde.The duo had a bitter altercation over this a couple of months ago. However, Patil’s brother Ganesh struck a compromise between the two.
On July 8, however, Patil again had arguments with Shinde over the same issue. Thereafter, Shinde and his friend Pradip took Patil to a deserted place in the Bhanodra village and thrashed him with sticks. After Patil died, they fled from the spot.
Police have arrested Shinde and Patil.
