Rahul and Aarohi reunite: Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur have an 'Aashiqui' style reunion in the rain, sending fans into a tizzy

Bollywood stars Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur, who won hearts with their sizzling chemistry in 'Aashiqui 2', had an unexpected reunion in at an event in Mumbai, sending fans on a nostalgic trip. The former flames and co-stars bumped into each other at a star-studded event, and their interaction in the rain seemed like something straight out of a Bollywood movie.
The pair, best known for their roles as the iconic jodi Rahul Jaykar and Aarohi from the superhit film 'Aashiqui 2', sent fans into a tizzy as they hugged it out under umbrellas in the pouring rain.Shraddha, looking radiant in a stunning black saree, and Aditya, dashing in a sharp suit, were seen exchanging pleasantries before the hunk gestured her to take the lead and walk the red carpet.


Adding to the chance meeting, both actors were spotted in shades of black, only adding to the Aashiqui vibes amidst the rainy setting.
"Ahraddha, Aditya and their reunion in rain," commented a fan with heart-eyes emoticons.
Another said, "Adishra reunion! I have nothing to say i am speechless now I just want to say they are married in my head."

Directed by Mohit Suri, 'Aashiqui 2' is still hailed as one of the best romantic films ever made in Bollywood. With perfect songs to a heartbreaking climax, the film broke hearts and several box office records.
On the work front, Shraddha was last seen in the horror comedy film 'Stree 2' which turned out to be a superhit. The film added a page to the box office record books when it became the first film of the year to hit the Rs 600 crore mark.
Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur has an International Emmy Award to look forward to after his web series 'The Night Manager' earned a nomination. He will also be seen in the highly anticipated film 'Metro...In Dino' which is slated to hit the big screen soon.
