Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of
Jr NTR's upcoming action drama 'Devara: Part 1'. With only three days to its premiere fans have been pre-booking the tickets to get the first glimpse of the 3-hour entertainer.
In a move to enhance the viewing experience, the
Telangana government has issued a new government order (GO) allowing special shows for the film.
This includes an increase in ticket prices for the premiere. Jr NTR expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister of Telangana and the Cinematography Minister via social media, thanking them for their support of the Telugu film industry.
On X (formerly Twitter) he wrote, "My heartfelt thanks to the Honourable CM, Sri @revanth_anumula garu, and Cinematography Minister, Sri @KomatiReddyKVR garu, for issuing the new G.O. for the #Devara release. Grateful for your unwavering support for our Telugu Film Industry!"
Jr NTR is currently in Los Angeles where he will be attending the screening of the movie during the festival film.
Additionally, the film will have early morning shows where 1 am screenings will be available in single screens theatres across the state. The other screens and multiplexes will commence from 4 am onwards.
The movie also features Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the lead making their Telugu debut. With the film being a pan-India release, it will be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The film is set to release on September 27th, 2024.
