P Diddy, the music mogul, charged with sex trafficking and racketeering, spoke with his children and family members briefly over phone from the jail. Reports said his children are in a state of shock after their father was arrested. A People report confirmed that the phone call did take place after Diddy was desperate to get in touch with his family.
Diddy has seven children with four different women -- sons Quincy, 33, Justin, 30 and Christian, 26. Diddy has four daughters: Chance, 18, Jessie and D'Lila, 17 and Love, 23 months.
"He (Diddy) has three minor children, two of whom now have no living parent available with Diddy incarcerated. Four of his seven children have neither parent available with him incarcerated," reports said adding that his children who are grown up are in a state of crisis and shock following his arrest. "It's heartbreaking to see the children in the state they're in. This is their father. But to them, he's not Diddy — he's Dad. He has always been a loving, devoted father," the report said citing sources close to Diddy's family.
Mothers of Diddy's seven childrenDiddy shares Christian, Jessie and D’Lila with the late model and actress Kim Porter, who died in 2018 at age 47. Quincy was Porter’s son with partner Al B. Sure!, and Diddy adopted him.
He shares Justin with stylist Misa Hylton, and Chance with businesswoman Sarah Chapman.
His youngest child Love was born in December 2022. Her mother is model Dana Tran.
On Tuesday Justin, Christian, and Quincy arrived together at a New York City courtroom to support their father. Diddy's three daughters and 23-month-old baby girl were nowhere in view, Daily Mail reported.
Diddy may have stopped eating food in jailPost his non-admission to the charges of sex trafficking, Diddy is being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center's special housing unit in New York. He was placed on suicide watch and is receiving no special treatment. Reports said Diddy has become paranoid that he might be poisoned and stopped taking food provided in the jail.
“There’s people out there that he has things on that do have a substantial amount of money. Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to actually poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies, and no one would really think anything of it. So that may be one of the reasons he’s not eating,” former inmate Larry Levine said.
