Kerala Lok Sabha Election Schedule 2024
The Election Commission of India (ECI) on March 16, 2024, announced the upcoming Lok Sabha election dates. As per EC's announcement, the General elections in Kerala will be held in a single phase on April 26, 2024. Voting in Kerala will be held for 20 Lok Sabha seats. The last date for filing nominations is April 4 and the last date for the withdrawal of nominations is April 8.
Kerala holds the 12th rank among states in terms of the number of Lok Sabha seats with 20 constituencies. Out of these 18 seats are unreserved, while two seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates.
The counting of the votes will be done collectively across the nation on June 4, 2024.
