In this sequel, Sri Simha Koduri and Satya return as the dynamic duo from the first film. This time they are part of the HE Team (High Emergency Team), led by Rohini Molleti, who seem to perform special tasks. However, their roles as law enforcers take an unexpected turn, and they find themselves embroiled in criminal activities.
The other key cast of the film also includes Vennela Kishore, and Faria Abdullah, part of the HE Team. Sunil, Ajay, and Rohini are also seen in the film as other supporting characters.
