Maruti Suzuki India today announced the launch of the Maruti Suzuki WagonR Waltz edition in the Indian market. The car will be available in limited numbers and across all trim levels - LXi, VXi and ZXi with prices starting from Rs 5.64 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the car by visiting their nearest dealership and the deliveries are expected to begin soon.
In terms of design, the WagonR Waltz edition looks the same as the standard model but it gets a fog lamp & fog lamp garnish, a front chrome grille, a window visor and a few other cosmetic changes.
A few exterior highlights include 14-inch steel wheels, reflective halogen headlights, high-mounted stop lamps, faux silver skid plate and much more.

Moving inside, the overall layout remains the same but the Waltz edition additions get a designer seat cover, a 6.2-inch pioneer touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity, a reverse camera, a 3-spoke steering wheel with audio control, a semi-digital cluster, all four power windows and 14 plus additional accessories. In terms of safety, it gets traction control, ABS, EBD, ESC, dual airbags and hil hold assist.
Talking about the powertrain, the WagonR Waltz edition is available in both a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, NA petrol engine with 67 hp power and a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder, NA petrol engine with 90 hp. Both engines will have an option of a 5-speed manual or an AMT. Additionally, the smaller 1.0-litre engine is offered with
CNG paired with a manual gearbox.
