Bushirt T-shirt Movie Review : Overall, it is a wholesome family entertainer

Critic's Rating: 3.5/5
Story: Father-son duo Bhupat Pandya and Harsh Pandya are constantly at loggerheads over their opinions and it impacts the equilibrium of their home. Amidst all the comic twists and turns and various comedy of error moments, the duo comes together, manages to sort out their differences, and gets rid of the problems affecting their lives.

Review: Right from the beginning, the film manages to entertain the audience with some hilarious moments. One of the film’s best aspects is the good pre-production work-some lovely locations, apt casting, and nice dialogues. This is a hat-trick of comedies from Ishaan and he has done a good job when it comes to direction, story and screenplay. The music by Sachin-Jigar is peppy-especially Dahyo Babo and Kaka Kamar Ne Halaav are super fun and add more energy to the film. Cinematography is up to the mark and tight editing makes the movie short, sweet and fun.

Coming to performances, Siddharth Randeria (Bhupat) steals the show with his vibrant energy. Kamlesh Oza (as Harsh) debuts in Gujarati movies with this film and delivers a fabulous performance, although he looks a bit mature to be cast as a college goer. Vandana Pathak is outstanding and natural with her screen presence as Manju Pandya. The college buddy gang-Reeva Rachh, Kuldeep Gor and Hardik Sangani are uber-cool in their roles and they set friendship goals for the young viewers. Bhakti Kubavat also gets to play an interesting role. We love to hate Hemang’s character (Manan Desai as Bhupat’s boss) along with Kuldeep (played by Pavneet Singh Bagga). Casting is one of the strong pillars of this film.

Overall, it is a wholesome family entertainer and offers just the right dose of laughter to liven up a dull summer day.
