Aulaad Movie Review
Critic's Rating: 3.0/5
Story: Aarti (Pakhi Hegde) is disliked by her father Dharam Dev as he wanted a boy from her mother who dies during Aarti's birth. Abandoned by Dharam Dev, Aarti's maternal uncle (Manoj Tiger) adopts her.
A grown up Aarti falls in love with Radhe (Dinesh Lal Yadav) who is the business partner of her estranged father and marries him against her father's will. After marriage Aarti moves to Radhe's house with him where live his mother (Kiran Yadav) and Shyam (Pravesh lal Yadav), his younger brother. Shyam marries her classmate Priya with his family's consent.
Aarti and Radhe leave Radhe's house in the wake of untoward incidents. How the family reunites and how Aarti's father accepts him forms the rest of the story.
Movie Review: An emotional story line is the strength of this film. The audience can relate to some of the film's scene. Director Aslam Sheikh has sincerely worked upon these scenes. Storyline takes pace in the second half and keep the viewers hooked.
What irks the audience is movie's long duration. Story line dosen't take the pace till interval. Pakhi Hegde has given her best. Her role in Aulaad is one of her best so far. Dinesh Lal Yadav also has live up his role. Pravesh, however, fails to make an impact.
